Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Used or damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of our interior perfume, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
  • Items purchased during promotions or sales are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged).
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement , depending on the situation.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, a exchange will be processed to you within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
